Please wear your Ritz Tours name badge and check in to the airline at least 2 hours prior to the departure time.

New York airport-hotel transfer on the first day: Ritz Tours will provide transfers from New York airports to the first-night hotel for your need on certain schedules (estimated departure times) as listed below, and based on prior reservation only. Passengers must arrive at the airport at least half an hour before and be at the baggage claim area by the scheduled time, and allow one hour cushion for tour guide to meet you as a result of New York’s heavy traffic. Passengers who arrive early and don’t want to wait, or arrive after the last departure time, may find transportation to the hotel on your own expense. For the address and phone number of the hotel, please refer to the hotel list provided by Ritz Tours.

Effective July 15, 2008 until further notice, a Complimentary Airports Transfer at New York will be provided. Ritz Tours thank you for your business and supports for all of our tours.

If for any reasons you miss the original reserved bus departure time, you need to re-arrange your transfers on your own expenses.

For the sake of fairness and general comfort of the group, rules will be set for daily seat rotation.
Refrain from talking when tour leader is speaking.
Keep your passport, air ticket, money and other valuables with you at all time. Never leave them in the coach while you are sightseeing.
We suggest you bring a raincoat, an umbrella and water repellent walking shoes.
Price does not include air ticket, meals, drinks, admission, cruise fee, taxes, or any fuel surcharge.
Tipping is customary and rewards quality service. Ritz Tours suggests the following amount as a guideline: tour leader, US$4 per person per day; driver, US$2.5 per person per day. Of course the final amount is at your discretion.
Costs incurred due to flight delays, missed flights, flight change or name change requested by the traveler, replacement of lost air tickets are to be born by the traveler. It¡¦s traveler¡¦s responsibility to pay the penalty at airline counter if you lose the ticket or forget to bring the ticket with you.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR 8, 6, and 5 DAY TOURS  
DAY 1 | HOME - NEW YORK
  1. Be sure you have all travel documents before leaving for the airport.
  2. Prior reservation is required for free New York airport pick-ups. People who arrive early and don¡¦t want to wait or arrive after the last pick-up time, may find transportation to the first night hotel on your own expense. For the address and phone number of the first night hotel, please refer to the hotel list provided by Ritz Tours.
  3. To make your trip as enjoyable as possible, please allow enough time for flight check-in, security screening and boarding: 2 hours for US domestic travel, 3 hours for international travel. No meal is provided in US domestic flight.
  4. For those who sign up for the New York Night Tour, tour leader will arrange the travel logistics for you. Please be on time for the tour.
DAY 2 | NEW YORK - PHILADELPHIA
  1. Follow the tour guide¡¦s instructions when taking bus or Cruise in the busy city of New York.
  2. Visit the United Nations site, please observe the appropriate rules.
  3. We will not visit the Metropolitan Museum if time not permitting.
DAY 3 | PHILADELPHIA - WASHINGTON D.C.
The White House and the Capitol are rarely open to the public. Since our tour is on an extremely tight schedule, as a result, we won¡¦t be able to visit the inside.
DAY 4 | WASHINGTON - NIAGARA FALLS
The temperature of Niagara Falls area is low, please bring a warm coat. Any tour member of 8 day/6 day/5 day may choose to participate the night tour as long as he (she) brings valid documents to enter Canada: us passport, non-us passport with green card or valid Canada visa.
DAY 5
5 DAY TOUR: NIAGARA - HOME
6 DAY TOUR: NIAGARA - BOSTON
8 DAY TOUR: NIAGARA - TORONTO

  1. After touring Niagara Falls, 5 day group transfer to the Buffalo airport for homebound flight or take a bus ride to Newark. Driving time from Buffalo to Newark is about 7 hours.
  2. 6 day and 8 day groups will proceed to Boston and Toronto respectively.
  3. A rain coat will be provided by the boat company for those who signed up for the waterfall cruise. The last day of operation for 2008 waterfall cruise season is  10/24/2008.
  4. US dollar to Canadian dollar exchange rate is US$1 = CN1 as of Jan. 2008. Please check online for the latest exchange rate.
DAY 6
6 DAY TOUR: BOSTON - HOME
8 DAY TOUR: TORONTO- OTTAWA - MONTREAL
  1. 6 day tour: morning sightseeing of Boston. Transfer to airport for your homebound flight.
  2. Thousand Island Lake is a protected natural reservation area. Everyone is reminded not to leave any garbage behind. The last day of cruise operation for 2008 is 10/31/2008.
  3. The Canadian Parliament Building is a popular tourist site and very crowded. Please watch your stuff and stay with the group.
  4. Be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your things when visiting Montreal¡¦s night spots on your own.
DAY 7 | MONTREAL - BOSTON
  1. Please observe US Customs restrictions when bring in duty free goods from Canada.
  2. Fruits, vegetable, meat products are not allowed into the US
DAY 8 | BOSTON - HOME
After Boston sightseeing tour, transfer to airport for your homebound flight. For your information, driving time from Boston to Newark is about 5 hours.
