報名訂位：
請攜帶有效旅遊證件至各大代理旅行社辦理報名訂位手續，繳交訂金每人US$300及護照影本，本公司將依護照上姓名開具所有文件、機票等。若訂金未於報名七日內繳交，電腦將自動取消訂位。

繳清餘款：
餘款須於出發日60天以前交清；如餘款未於規定期限前交清，本公司有權取消訂位並收取規定之取消費用。

取消及退款辦法:
取消訂位每人將收取下列費用：

• US$100: 出發日期前120天或以上取消者
• US$200: 出發日期前60~119天取消者
• US$300: 出發日期前30~59天取消者
• US$500: 出發日期前15~29天取消者
• US$1000: 出發日期前3~14天取消者
• 全額團費: 出發日期前2天內及出發當日取消者



• 取消訂位一律以郵政信件、電子郵件或傳真等書面通知方式辦理，恕不接受口頭或電話等方式。
• 不論是出發日期前多久，若取消或變更訂位時機票、船票或火車票已開，或已與相關單位作最後確認，在此情況下，除本公司規定之罰款外，並得按上述相關單位之規定收取手續費及罰款。
• 一旦訂位確認，本公司收到訂金後有權立即開具機票。

旅行平安醫療保險：

• 凡在出發日60天前繳清所有費用者，可獲本公司免費贈送「旅行平安醫療保險」，其他條件限制及詳情請參閱保單。
• 如在出發日60天之內報名或交費者，請自行購買所需之各種旅行平安醫療保險。
• 一旦本公司為符合條件之團員投保後，任何後續請領等問題，請旅客根據本公司所提供的保單，自行與保險公司接洽處理。

機票：
含行程內註明之國際段來回經濟艙團體機票及內陸段機票。有關美國國內機票加價，詳情請洽本公司。若未於出發60天前付清費用（含出發60天之內才報名者），須繳付機票加價。本公司保留更改使用國際段航空公司、航線、航班的權利。與機票相關的費用如燃油附加費、稅金、機場稅等，係依各相關單位所公佈計算，金額因不同單位及地區而異，且可能隨時調整，均須由旅客承擔，請來電或上本公司網站查詢最新資訊。

住宿：
以兩人住宿一雙人房為原則。如欲使用單人房，請於報名時告知，並繳付單人房加價。單人報名的旅客，請於報名時繳付單人房價，本公司無法保證能代為安排與其他團員共用一房。在極少數情況之下，若表列旅館無法使用時，本公司有權以同等級旅館替代，不另行通知。

餐飲:
如行程內註明。

觀光旅遊：
行本公司將竭盡所能完成手冊內註明之觀光行程，但當地接待單位或本公司導遊可視當時狀況如天氣、時間、安全、政治、機場、機件，或其他不可抗力之因素，作相應之調整。

門票：
行程表上所列參觀景點主要門票。

一切純屬私人性質的費用，如出入境簽證或個人護照費用，電話、洗衣、酒類、飲料、礦泉水、郵件、保險，行李搬運、超件或超重等。所有行程外之自選活動或節目費用。行程上不包括的餐食。從居住地至離境機場間的往返機票或交通費。給領隊、導遊、司機、或其他服務員的小費。因私人因素、交通延阻、罷工、天氣、機場關閉、機械故障及安全等，以及其他各種人力不可抗拒的因素而引起的額外費用。額外加徵的各地機場稅、機票稅、燃料附加費、安全稅及政府規定之其他稅金及費用等。

旅遊中途因故取消，或任何因不可抗力的因素所造成的行程變更，其未使用的部份視同自動放棄，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓。

手冊內一切團費係依手冊付印時（2008年2月1日）美金與相關外幣之兌換率計算。鑒於成本漲價、外幣浮動及稅金調漲，本公司保留在出發前調整團費及稅金之權利。

當旅遊團體人數不足20人時，本公司有權於出發前取消出團或取消全陪，若取消出團必無息退還團費。

護照有效期須距返美日期六個月以上，簽證應及早申請，簽證費用在任何情況之下，均不得退還或轉讓。美國永久居民除護照外尚須攜帶綠卡以便再入境。有關護照及簽證問題，事先請洽本公司。若旅客持有效之簽證及旅遊證件，卻於入境時遭移民局或海關人員拒絕入境，概與本公司無涉，不得要求退費或轉讓。

為了旅途方便，團員攜帶行李以托運一大件及隨身一小件為宜，並預留空間存放沿途購買之紀念品。行李箱於旅途中不論托運、攜帶、飛行或巴士時，如有損壞、延誤或遺失，相關費用及風險由旅客自行承擔。行李規定因航空公司而異，且隨時會調整，旅客出發前應上該航空公司網站再確認。

旅客如因個人因素必須改變行程，與本公司所定團體行程不同，除須負擔機票、艙位或酒店等差價外，每一次變更並得收取手續費每人US$50。

一旦訂位及行程確認後，任何的後續變更得收取手續費，每次US$50。俟所有文件、機票開出後，恕不再接受任何變更。

十一歲以下兒童與兩成人共用一房，不另加床，收取成人費用的75%；若佔床位，則收取成人費用之90%；十二歲或以上兒童之收費，與成人同。

為維護團體最高利益，任何旅客的行為或健康狀況若有妨礙團體正常活動及利益之情形，本公司領隊有權取消其繼續參加行程之資格；其未完之行程，不得要求退費或轉讓；自旅客離團之時算起，一切行動均與本公司無涉。

鋻於長程旅行及迥異地理環境等因素，旅客出發前應妥善徵求家庭醫生的意見，充分瞭解自身狀況。為了旅客自身安全的考量及其他團員的利益，任何不適長途團體旅行之事實，旅客有義務於報名時據實以告，並至少有一位親友隨行照顧。

旅客購物須知：本公司之領隊或導遊樂意協助旅客在旅途中購物之需求，但任何後續有關貨物之價錢、品質或售後服務等問題，純屬旅客與商家之間，請購前自行考量，購後自行負責；攜帶外國商品入境，請遵照美國海關規定，任何問題概與本公司無關。

有關航班取消、延誤、機場關閉、機械故障、氣候，以及其他旅行安全與保險問題，各巴士公司、餐廳、酒店、航空公司等，均有其專司條例直接對旅客負責，與本公司無涉。

旅客若報名較遲（出發前60天內），除須立即付清全額團費外，並得收取急件手續費每人US$50。

穩私權聲明：本公司一向致力於保護您的穩私權，於報名時所蒐集的個人資訊，將用於本公司產品的運作，及與事業伙伴如航空公司、船公司、酒店、地接社等的連繫，以提供更有效的服務；除非獲得您的同意，否則我們絕不對外提供任何您的個人資訊。

凡旅客報名付款參加名人假期之旅遊團體，視為同意並接受以上之報名訂位、一般規則及責任問題等相關條款。

Ritz Tours, as tour operator, acts only as agent. All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant’s behalf upon express condition that neither Ritz Tours nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground-handler, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Ritz Tours neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Ritz Tours responsible for their acts, omission or commission. Without their limiting the foregoing, Ritz Tours and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant.

Ritz Tours accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements. Ritz Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept, or retain any person as tour participant, should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant. Ritz Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of tours. Ritz Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by Ritz Tours, and this will constitute full settlement with the tour member. All tour fares shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollars in effect on February 1, 2008, and in current tariffs on the same date and are subject to change. The local handling travel agency reserves the rights alter or adjust its costs. In the event that the local handling travel agency increases the cost of any service, tour fares are subject to adjustment. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. In such case, a full refund of all payment will constitute a full settlement with the participant. The local handling travel agency has sole and exclusive control over the operation of all tours. The local handling travel agency reserves the right to make alterations or adjustments in the itinerary as to destinations, transportation, accommodations and all other services. Neither Ritz Tours nor any subsidiary or affiliate of Ritz Tours shall be responsible for any such alterations made by the local handling travel agency.

Baggage is carried at owner risk and baggage insurance is recommended. Ritz Tours is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions in this brochure. Ritz Tours accepts no responsibility for cost, which may occur as result of a participant failing to secure adequate insurance coverage, which coverage is highly recommended. Generally, your health insurance does not cover expenses outside the USA. Ritz Tours is not responsible for participant’s visa or passport requirements, nor will a refund of unused services be made, nor reimbursement of any additional expenditure if a participant is denied entry to a country for this or any other reason.

The general conditions under which you agree to utilize the services of Ritz Tours may not be amended in any way, except in writing, by an authorized officer of Ritz Tours. By utilizing the services of Ritz Tours, you agree that the exclusive venue for all claims shall be the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and such claims shall be determined according to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of California.

The reservation of the tours shall be deemed to be consent to the above terms and conditions.
