報名訂位及取消辦法:
報名訂位：訂位請攜帶有效旅遊證件至名人假期或各大代理旅行社辦理。

繳清餘款:
報名須繳交訂金每人$200；如餘款未於出發前十四天繳清，本公司有權取消訂位並收取手續費。

取消及退款辦法: (取消訂位限以書面通知方式辦理)

• 出發前 14 天以上取消者，收取手續費每人US$50
• 出發前 8~13 天內取消者，收取手續費每人US$100
• 出發前 7 天內取消者，除收取手續費每人US$200外，旅客並得承擔因取消機票、旅館、巴士等所引起之費用。
• 出發當日取消或旅遊中途因故退出者，收取全額費用，未使用的部份視同自動放棄，不得要求退款或轉讓。
• 機票：不論在出發日期前多久，若取消訂位時機票已開，除以上規定之罰款外，並得按航空公司規定收取手續費及罰款。

住宿酒店：
欲使用單人房的旅客，請於報名時告知並繳交單人房費；單人報名的旅客，恕本公司無法保證能代為安排與其他團員共用雙人房；如原定旅館不能使用時，本公司有權以同等級旅館取代，不另行通知；一般酒店房間內備有一張或兩張床，當三人一房或四人一房時，得使用現有床位，不另加床；若加床，其費用由旅客自行承擔。

觀光旅遊： 行程內所列之遊覽項目，本公司有權視當時狀況如天氣、交通、安全、政治等因素，作相應之適當調整。

雙語導遊： 專業導遊以中英雙語導覽。

旅遊巴士： 使用空調舒適有保險的巴士。

機票、門票、船票、膳食、機票稅、機場稅或簽證費；一切純屬私人性質之費用如飲料、電話、洗衣、酒類、郵件及保險、行李超重；任何行程外之活動或節目費用；給導遊、司機或其他服務人員的小費；提早出發或延期返回，與團體行程有異者，其相關之機票、旅館與接送的附加費用須自行負擔。

旅客因個人因素變更行程，所增加之費用由旅客自行負擔，未使用之部份視同自動放棄，不得退款或轉讓。

行李限制因航空公司而異，並可能隨時調整，請旅客於出發前自行上所搭乘的航空公司網站查詢。行李以精簡為原則，並預留空間存放沿途購買之物，不論托運、攜帶、空中、陸地的旅途中，行李如有損壞、遺失或延誤，風險由旅客自行承擔。機場接送，行李以托運一大件、手提一小件為原則，超重或超件的行李，進出機場（或旅館）每趟每件酌收 $5。

當報名人數不足10人時，本公司有權取消出團或更改出發日期；取消出團，所繳費用將無息退還。

為維護團體最高權益，旅客行為若有妨礙團體正常活動，經勸導無效後，本公司導遊有權禁止其繼續參團，自離團時起，一切行動由其自行負責，概與本公司無涉。其未使用的部份，恕無法退款或轉讓。

有關航班取消、行程延誤、機場關閉、機械故障及任何安全等問題，各航空公司、機場、旅行社、巴士公司、旅館等，均有其專司條例直接對旅客負責，與本公司無涉。

美國公民入境加拿大須攜帶有效美國護照，持用非美國護照者得同時攜帶綠卡或有效簽證，須申請簽證者，請及早辦理；倘旅客持有效之旅遊證件，卻遭移民局或海關人員拒絕入境，概與本公司無涉，不得退費或轉讓。

加拿大及尼加拉瀑布地區全年氣溫較低，請攜帶足夠禦寒衣物。

部份出發日期有季節加價，請於報名時向本公司再確認。

本公司保留調整團費、酒店、行程之權利，不另行通知。

Ritz Tours, as tour operator, acts only as an agent for contracted services. All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant’s behalf upon the express condition that neither Ritz Tours nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground-handler, restaurant, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Ritz Tours neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Ritz Tours responsible for their acts, omissions or commissions. Without their limiting the foregoing, Ritz Tours and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule, over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant.

Ritz Tours accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements.

Ritz Tours reserves the right to decline to accept, or retain any person as tour participant, should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant.

Ritz Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of tours.

Ritz Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by Ritz Tours, and this will constitute full settlement with the tour member. All tour fares shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollars in effect on February 1, 2008, and in current tariffs on the same date and are subject to change. In China, costs are quoted by the Chinese handling travel agency in US dollars. However, the Chinese handling travel agency reserves the right to alter or adjust its costs. In the event that the Chinese handling travel agency increases the cost of any service within China, tour fares are subject to adjustment. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. In such case, a full refund of all payment will constitute a full settlement with the participant. The Chinese handling travel agency has sole and exclusive control over the operation of all tours in China. The Chinese handling travel agency reserves the right to make alterations or adjustments in the itinerary as to destinations, transportation, accommodations and all other services. Neither Ritz Tours nor any subsidiary or affiliate of Ritz Tours shall be responsible for any such alteration made by the Chinese handling travel agency.

Baggage is carried at owner’s risk and baggage insurance is recommended.

Ritz Tours is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions in this brochure.

Ritz Tours accepts no responsibility for cost, which may occur as a result of a participant failing to secure adequate insurance coverage, which coverage is highly recommended. Generally, your health insurance does not cover expenses outside the USA.

Ritz Tours is not responsible for participant’s visa or passport requirements, nor will a refund of unused services be made, nor reimbursement of any additional expenditure if a participant is denied entry to a country for this or any other reason.

The general conditions under which you agree to utilize the services of Ritz Tours may not be amended in any way, except in writing, by an authorized officer of Ritz Tours. By utilizing the services of Ritz Tours, you agree that the exclusive venue for all claims shall be the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and such claims shall be determined according to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of California.

The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above terms and conditions.
