訂位及訂金:
請攜帶有效旅遊證件到各大代理旅行社辦理報名訂位手續，繳交護照影本，所有文件、機票等將依照護照上的姓名開具。報名訂位須同時繳交訂金，每人US$300；本公司收到訂金後，有權立即開具機票；若訂金未於報名七日內繳交，電腦將自動取消訂位。

繳清餘款:
餘款請於出發日期60天以前交清。如餘款未於規定期限前交清，本公司有權取消訂位並收取規定之取消費用。

取消及退款辦法:
取消訂位每人將收取下列費用：

• US$100: 出發日期前120天或以上取消者
• US$200: 出發日期前60~119天取消者
• US$300: 出發日期前30~59天取消者
• US$500: 出發日期前15~29天取消者
• US$1000: 出發日期前3~14天取消者
• 全額團費: 出發日期前2天內及出發當日取消者



• 取消訂位限以郵政信件、電子郵件、或傳真等書面通知方式辦理，恕不接受口頭或電話等方式。
• 不論在出發日期前多久，若取消或變更訂位時機票、船票或火車票已開妥，或已與相關單位作最後確認，在此情況下，除本公司規定之罰款外，並得按上述相關單位之規定收取手續費及罰款。

旅行平安醫療保險:

• 凡報名參加團體經典系列（不含特價團），並在出發日期前60天或以上繳清全部費用者（限美國及加拿大合法居民，並以本公司收到日期為準），可獲本公司免費贈送「旅行平安醫療保險」。其他條件限制及詳情請參閱保單。
• 未於出發日期60天前繳清費用者，請自行購買所需之各種旅行保險。
• 一旦本公司為符合條件之團員投保後，任何後續請領問題，請團員根據保單，自行與保險公司接洽處理。

機票:

• 含由美國洛杉磯(LAX)、舊金山(SFO)或紐約(JFK)機場出發的國際段經濟艙來回團體機票。
• 由美國其他機場出發的機票加價，詳情請洽本公司。
• 本公司保留更改使用國際段航空公司，或航線、航班的權利。
• 與機票相關的費用及機票稅、機場稅、燃油附加費、安全費等，因航空公司而異，且隨時會調整，所增加的部份由旅客承擔，恕不另行通知。
• 出發前60天尚未付清團費（含出發前60天之內才報名者），本公司保留調漲機票票價的權利。

旅館:

• 以兩人住宿一雙人房為原則。
• 大部份歐洲酒店的房間及床位均較小，且與本公司的合約均不含三人房，故無法提供旅客三人一房。
• 旅客如欲使用單人房，請於報名時告知並繳交單人房費。單人報名的旅客，請於報名時繳交單人房費，本公司無法保證能代為安排與其他團員共用一房。
• 在極少數特殊的情況下，如加車、加團或旅館超賣等，表列旅館不能使用時，本公司有權以同等級旅館取代，恕不另行通知。

餐食:
含行程註明之餐食，於旅館、當地餐廳、飛機上或船上供應；因行程緣故，部份城巿屆時可能以午餐取代晚餐，請旅客諒察。

觀光旅遊:
含行程內註明之觀光行程，但當地接待單位及本公司導遊有權視實際狀況，如天氣、航班、時間、安全問題、示威、罷工、政治、戰爭或其他人力不可抗拒之因素，作相應之調整，任何未使用的部份，恕無法退款、變更或轉讓。

門票:
含行程表上所註明參觀景點的主要門票、火車票、及遊輪船票。

一切純屬私人性質的費用，如簽證、護照、電話、洗衣、酒類、飲料、郵件、保險、行李搬運、超件或超重等費用。

行程外之任何活動或節目費用。

行程上不包括的餐食。

給領隊、導遊、司機、服務人員的小費。

從旅客居住地與離境機場間的往返機票或交通。

因私人因素、疾病、交通、罷工、天氣不良、政治、戰爭或人力不可抗拒的因素等所引起的額外費用由團員自行承擔。

加徵之機票稅、機場稅、燃料附加費、安全稅，或其他政府規定加徵的費用等。

旅遊中因故退出，或任何因不可抗力的因素所造成的行程變更，其未使用的部份視同自動放棄，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓。

本手冊內一切費用係依2007年11月1日美金與歐元及其他相關貨幣之兌換率計算。鑒於成本漲價、外幣匯率浮動、稅金調漲等各種因素，本公司保留在出發前調整費用之權利。

當報名人數不足15人時，本公司有權取消出團或取消全陪，若取消出團必退還團費；但在任何情況之下，簽證費用恕無法退還或轉讓。

本手冊內所有行程講解均以華語為主，再視團體須要輔以重點英譯。

攜帶行李須知：

• 所有行李不論托運或攜帶，在旅途中如有損壞、延誤或遺失，相關費用及風險由旅客自行承擔。
• 國際線行李規定因航空公司而異且可能隨時調整，旅客出發前應自行上網再確認。
• 依2007年11月1日美國航空公司規定，行李限制為托運兩大件，每件長寬高總尺吋不得超過62英吋/157公分，重量不得超過50磅/23公斤；手提行李限一小件，總尺寸不得超過45英吋/114公分，重量不得超過40磅/18公斤。
• 為了旅途方便及巴士空間限制，建議每人攜帶托運行李一大件，手提隨身行李一小件（避免拖拉式小型隨身行李箱）。

任何護照有效期均須距返回日期六個月以上。有關簽證問題，請於報名時詳洽本公司。即使旅客持有效之入境簽證及旅遊證件，於入境時遭移民局或海關拒絕入境，概與本公司無涉。本公司保留調整簽證費用的權利，不另行通知，不論任何情況，簽證費用恕無法退還或轉讓。

十一歲或以下的兒童與兩成人共用一雙人房與床位，不另加床時，收取表列成人費用的85%；若要求床位，則收費與成人同。十二歲或以上兒童之收費，與成人同。

當旅客變更既定行程，如提早出發、延後返回、中途離團等，除須負擔增加的機票、酒店、接送等費用外，每一次變更並得收取手續費每人US$50。

一旦訂位及行程確認後，任何的後續變更得收取手續費，每次每人US$50。俟機票及文件開出後，本公司不再接受任何變更。

為維護團體最高利益，旅客若因個人健康或行為等，有妨礙團體正常活動及利益之情況，本公司領隊有權取消其繼續參團之資格；其未完之行程，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓；自旅客離團之時算起，一切行動概與本公司無涉。

鑒於長程旅行及地理環境之因素，旅客出發前應徵求醫生的意見與同意，充分瞭解自已的身體狀況；為了旅客自身安全的考量及其他團員的利益，任何不適長途旅行或不便單獨參團旅遊之事實，旅客有義務於報名時據實以告，並至少有一位親友隨行照顧。

旅客購物須知：
名人假期之領隊或導遊樂意協助旅客在旅途中購物之需求，然而，任何後續問題如貨物價格、品質或售後服務等，純屬旅客與商家之間，請旅客於購前自行考量、購後自行負責。攜帶外國商品入境，請遵照美國海關之規定，任何問題概與本公司無涉。

有關航班取消、延誤、機械故障、機場關閉、氣候以及其他旅行安全問題，各汽車公司、酒店、航空公司等，均有其專司條例直接對旅客負責，與本公司無涉。

旅客若報名較遲（出發前60天或之內），除須立即付清團費外，並得收取急件手續費每人US$50。

為服務習慣使用英文的顧客，本手冊特別備有簡單的重點英譯，應與中文相互對照使用，倘有疏誤或漏失恕本公司無法負責。

隱私權聲明：
本公司一向致力於保護您的隱私權，於報名時所蒐集的個人資料，將用於本公司產品的運作，及與事業伙伴如航空公司、船公司、酒店、地接社等的連繫，以提供更有效的服務；除非獲得您的同意，否則我們絕不對外提供您的個人資訊。

凡旅客報名付款參加名人假期之旅遊團體，視為同意並接受本公司之報名訂位、一般規則及責任條款等相關規定。

以下"責任問題"，請旅客詳閱。

Ritz Tours, as tour operator, acts only as an agent for contracted services. All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant’s behalf upon the express condition that neither Ritz Tours nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground-handler, restaurant, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Ritz Tours neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Ritz Tours responsible for their acts, omissions or commissions. Without their limiting the foregoing, Ritz Tours and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule, over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant.

Ritz Tours accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements.

Ritz Tours reserves the right to decline to accept, or retain any person as tour participant, should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant.

Ritz Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of tours.

Ritz Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by Ritz Tours, and this will constitute full settlement with the tour member. All tour fares shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S. dollars in effect on November 1, 2007, and in current tariffs on the same date and are subject to change. In China, costs are quoted by the Chinese handling travel agency in US dollars. However, the Chinese handling travel agency reserves the right to alter or adjust its costs. In the event that the Chinese handling travel agency increases the cost of any service within China, tour fares are subject to adjustment. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. In such case, a full refund of all payment will constitute a full settlement with the participant. The Chinese handling travel agency has sole and exclusive control over the operation of all tours in China. The Chinese handling travel agency reserves the right to make alterations or adjustments in the itinerary as to destinations, transportation, accommodations and all other services. Neither Ritz Tours nor any subsidiary or affiliate of Ritz Tours shall be responsible for any such alteration made by the Chinese handling travel agency.

Baggage is carried at owner’s risk and baggage insurance is recommended.

Ritz Tours is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions in this brochure.

Ritz Tours accepts no responsibility for cost, which may occur as a result of a participant failing to secure adequate insurance coverage, which coverage is highly recommended. Generally, your health insurance does not cover expenses outside the USA.

Ritz Tours is not responsible for participant’s visa or passport requirements, nor will a refund of unused services be made, nor reimbursement of any additional expenditure if a participant is denied entry to a country for this or any other reason.

The general conditions under which you agree to utilize the services of Ritz Tours may not be amended in any way, except in writing, by an authorized officer of Ritz Tours. By utilizing the services of Ritz Tours, you agree that the exclusive venue for all claims shall be the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and such claims shall be determined according to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of California.

The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above terms and conditions.
